Harold James Francis was born August 7, 1945 at Fredericktown the son of Oscar W. and Artie E. (Hovis) Francis and passed away on February 12, 2019 at his residence in Marquand at the age of 73 years.

Harold Jim was preceded in death by his parents, One (1) brother Willard Carroll Francis and One (1) sister Cora Mae (Bob) Major.

He is survived by his wife Nina (Rhodes) Francis whom he married on April 9, 1965 at Fredericktown. One (1) son David Francis, Two (2) daughters Sheri (John) Kennedy & Sandra (Darian) Bowling. Three (3) sisters Bessie Walls, ImaJean (Garnett) Gallinger & Zella (Jay) Rainey. Seven (7) grandchildren Corey Tesreau, Brandon Tesreau, Logan Bowling, T.J. Bowling, Gracie Bowling, Lizzy Kennedy & John Lee Kennedy, and one great grandchild Braxton Lee Glore.

Jim enjoyed reading, fishing, hunting, playing guitar.
