Harold "Hully" William Skaggs was born on November 28, 1922 at Mine La Motte, the son of William and Edna (Myers) Skaggs and passed away on January 30, 2014 at his residence in Mine La Motte at the age of 91 years. He was preceded in death by his parents, two sons Harold Dale Skaggs and Phillip William Skaggs, one daughter Holly Jean Skaggs, one granddaughter Jennifer Marie Warner, and two brothers Clifford Skaggs and Bobby Jean Skaggs. Harold was united in marriage to Loma J. Wright on March 7, 1964 at Fredericktown. He is survived by his wife Loma, three daughters Christy Warner of Fredericktown, Linda Henderson of Fredericktown and Paulette Tidwell of Millersville, six grandchildren, and six great grandchildren. Harold was a member of Mine La Motte Free Will Baptist Church and enjoyed watching the St. Louis Cardinals and farming.
