Herbert V. Lewis SR. was born on February 26, 1932, at Greenville, Missouri, the son of Joseph and Annie (Adams) Lewis, and passed away on January 11, 2023, at the age of 90 years.

Herb was preceded in death by his parents, three (3) brothers, Ralph Lewis, Clifton Lewis, Kenneth Lewis, one (1) sister Maureen Middlecoop, and one (1) grandson, Travis Lewis.

Herb is survived by his wife Virginia (Reeves) Lewis, three (3) sons, David Lewis, Roger Lewis, Herbert "Herbie" Lewis Jr., one (1) daughter, Carol Lewis, five (5) grandchildren, and numerous great-grandchildren.
