Herusel "Curly" Moyers was born February 11, 1927 at Elvins, the son of Rev. Ira and Luaretta Moyers, and passed away on September 20, 2020 at the age of 93 years.

Curly is preceded in death by his parents, his first wife Ruth (Johnson) Moyers, grandson and granddaughter-in-law Gregory (Sarah) Moyers, granddaughter Brandy Wimberley, daughter-in-law Jimilee Moyers, four (4) brothers Charles Moyers, John Moyers, Audie Moyers, Wilburn Moyers, one (1) infant sister, two (2) sisters Novella Lunsford and Doretta Martin, one (1) step-brother Chuck Ross, one (1) step-daughter Karen Scott

Curly is survived by his wife Joyce Moyers who he married on July 25, 1981 at Springfield, Missouri, one (1) son Richard Moyers, one (1) daughter Sherry (Brian) Nash, step-children Jane (Bob) Owens, Wayne Edwards, Lori (Jimmy) Wimberley, twenty-one (21) grandchildren, thirty-six (36) great-grandchildren and one (1) great-great-grandchild.

Curly was of the Baptist Faith and enjoyed woodworking, playing music for church and nursing homes and was a foster parent for many years.
