Otto Hugh Senter was born June 4, 1926 at Buckhorn, Missouri the son of Truman Otto and Vallie Mae (Stroup) Senter and passed away on May 18, 2017 at Fredericktown, Missouri at the age of 90 years.
Hugh was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Audrey (Matthews) Senter whom he married on January 1, 1948 at Zion Lutheran church at Gravelton, Missouri, sister Anna Mae Frederick.
Hugh is survived by his sons David (Linda) Senter of St. Peters, Mo, Daniel (Terry) Senter of Festus, Mo., and Phil (Martha) Senter of Fredericktown. seven (7) grandchildren and eight (8) great grandchildren.
Hugh was a member of Zion Lutheran Church and enjoyed hunting, operating his backhoe, mechanical work and bluegrass music.
