Iona Maxine Sheppard was born on August 27, 1941 at Fredericktown the daughter of Cecil and Patricia (Emmett) Sheppard and passed away on February 17, 2025 at Fredericktown at the age of 83 years.

She was preceded in death by her parents and brothers Ronnie Sheppard and Donny Sheppard.

She is survived by three sons Matt Loncaric, Mike Loncaric, and Steve (Lisa) Loncaric; one daughter Vicky (Steve) Bernardi; one brother Larry Sheppard; three sisters Reva (Don) Honea, Barbara Sheppard, and Joy Sheppard. Also nine (9)  grandchildren Jimmy, Tiffany, Alyssa, Ashley, Shana, Travis, Austin, Nicole, and Deana; and twenty-one (21) great grandchildren.

She was of the Christian faith and enjoyed bingo, baseball, football, casinos, and spending time with family and friends.
