James L. Roseberry, 85, of Fredericktown, Missouri passed away January 7, 2015 at Cla Ru Deville Nursing Home. James was born September 26, 1929 in Fredericktown. He was a member of the Church of God of Prophecy and also attended the Nazarene Church in Jackson before coming unable to attend. Mr. Roseberry retired form MoDOT January 1, 1987 after 36 years and 4 months as a maintenance area supervisor.
James is preceded in death by his parents Hubert Henry and Ruth (McCarver) Roseberry, wife Laverna Roseberry, son Lindell Roseberry, daughter Patricia Roseberry, two brothers Alvin and John Roseberry, and a nephew Glenn Roseberry.
He is survived by his sister Connie Larrew and husband Mike and family of Poplar Bluff, nephew Thomas Roseberry and wife Barbara of Paducah, Kentucky, and three nieces Lucretia Sheets and Joyce Young of Fredericktown, and Sandra Storie of Florrissant. And also nieces and nephews from St. Louis, Missouri, Cape Girardeau, Missouri, and Poplar Bluff, Missouri.
