Janis Lee Elders was born on May 14, 1956, at St. Louis, Missouri, the daughter of Ralph and Ruby Koller, and passed away on January 23, 2025, at the age of 68 years.

Janis was preceded in death by her parents, one (1) son, Robert Elders Jr., and one (1) brother, Wayne Koller.

Janis is survived by her husband Robert E. Elders Sr., who she married on December 7, 1976, at Desloge, Missouri, two (2) granddaughters, Kiley Elders, Kelsey Elders, and three (3) sisters, Mary Richardson, Glynis (Jerry) Rawlins, and Betty Brittan.

Janis was of the Christian Faith, and she enjoyed reading, playing games, being outside, and spending time with her grandkids.
