Ruby Emogene "Jean" Wagganer was born April 22, 1930, in Madison County, the daughter of Doc and Ida (Stevens) Cook, and passed away on November 1, 2011 at Fountain Bleau Care Center in Festus.
Jean was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Delbert, whom she married June 18, 1949 at Fredericktown, two (2) sisters, Betty Ward, Geneva Stephens, two (2) brothers, Milford Cook, Medford Cook, and one (1) daughter Debra Sue Wagganer.
Jean is survived by one (1) son Galen Wagganer, of St. Louis, two (2) grandchildren, and four (4) great-grandchildren.
She enjoyed sewing, reading the Bible, religious music, gardening, hummingbirds, and cooking.
