Jesse Calvin Starkey was born April 26, 1944 in Madison County, the son of Jesse Calvin & Carrie E. Sullivan Starkey and passed away on December 15, 2011 at Cape Girardeau, Missouri at the age of 67 years.
Jesse was preceded in death by his parents, brothers Scooter "Scooty" Copeland & Victor Copeland, sister Nettie Mae Eaton.
Jesse is survived by Three (3) daughters Sonya Frymire of Marquand, Lori Matlock of Marquand,and Tammy Wilfong of Marquand. One (1) step-son Jeff Wells of San Antonio, Texas, Four (4) brothers Jimmy Starkey of Marquand, Joe Bill Starkey of Fredericktown, Wayne Starkey of Arizona and Larry Copeland of Virginia Beach, Virginia, Three (3) sisters Henrietta Crook of Arkansas, Pat Copeland of Illinois & Dora "Tootie" Copeland of Arkansas. Seven (7) grandchildren Josh Frymire, Kayla Frymire, Megan Starkey, Chelsea Starkey, Derek Wells, Dannie Wells & Kegan Matlock, One (1) great grandchild Trynnity Grace Starkey
