JoAnn Welch was born January 9, 1953 at Bonne Terre, Missouri the daughter of John P. and Lola (Kelley) Welch and passed away on November 17, 2019 at Fredericktown at the age of 66 years.

JoAnn was preceded in death by her parents, one (1) son Jeffery Conklin, brother Carl Welch.

She is survived by one (1) son William Conklin and one (1) brother Doug Welch.

Three (3) grandchildren Kristen Myers, Michael Conklin &Lea Ann Conklin. Three (3) great grandchildren Raylynn Sweazey, Lila Myers and Ozzlynn Myers. Joann was of the Christian Faith.
