Joe Carr was born December 13, 1974 at Detroit, Michigan, the son of Gene Carr and Carolyn Rehkop, and passed away on June 23, at Southeast Hospital in Cape Girardeau at the age of 43 years.
Joe was preceded in death by his parents.
Joe is survived by his wife Sherry Carr whom he married on November 8, 1997 at Fredericktown, two (2) daughters Michelle Carr, Trish Carr,  Brothers Terry Carr, Ronnie Cruse,Donnie Cruse, Mike Cruse, Steve Cruse. Sisters Sandy Cruse, Janet Cruse, Beverly Simpson.
Joe enjoyed fishing, WWE, and spending time with family.
