John Edward "Curley" DeBold was born January 4, 1958 in St. Louis the son of John Charles and Nina (Waterfield) DeBold and passed away on April 24, 2019 at Fredericktown at the age of 61 years.

John was preceded in death by his parents.

John is survived by his wife Anne (Hartnett) DeBold who he married on June 28, 1980 at Maryland Heights, Mo. He is also survived by One (1) son John Charles DeBold of Farmington, step-son Eric Smith of Fredericktown step-daughter Sara Peak of Desloge, and nine (9) step-grandchildren.

Curley was the former owner of the Fredericktown Race Track and enjoyed wrestling and was of the Christian Faith.
