John F. "Fritz" Lewis Iii's Obituary
John F. "Fritz" Lewis III was born February 12, 1925 ay Bonne Terre, Missouri the son of Fred & Alva (Hand) Lewis Sr. and passed away on December 22, 2016 at Cape Girardeau, Missouri at the age of 91 years.
Fritz was preceded in death by his parents, his wife LeeAnna (Chapman) Lewis whom he married on August 28, 1945 at Piggott, Arkansas. Two (2) sons Johnnie Lewis & Jim Lewis.
Fritz is survived by One (1) daughter Sandra Meehan (Dan) of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, daughter-in-law Connie Lewis, half-sister Donna Mae Chapman, Three (3) grandchildren Cynthia Vogelsang, James Lewis II & Jacquline Lewis, Two (2) great grandchildren Geoffrey Meyers & Holdyn Vogelsang.
Fritz enjoyed family, hunting and feeding the animals.
