John Wayne Tooloose was born October 30, 1959 Pinckney, Illinois the son of John Leon and Alice Mae (Severs) Tooloose and passed away on July 11, 2019 at Fredericktown at the age of 59.

John was preceded in death by his parents, Three (3) brothers Dale LeRoy Tooloose, Donald Leon Tooloose & infant Allen Lynn Tooloose, One (1) infant daughter Phyllis Elaine Tooloose.

John is survived by One (1) brother Daniel Lee Tooloose, Two (2) sisters Jody Pippin & Patricia Louise Wade all of Fredericktown. Also, significant other Lenelva Dorores Henderson

John was a U.S. Navy Veteran and enjoyed hunting & guns
