Johnnie David Sikes was born on February 4, 1938 at Fredericktown the son of Jessie Edward and Virgie Anna (Pruett) Sikes and passed away on January 15, 2013 at Parkland Heath Center in Farmington at the age of 74 years. Johnnie David was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Sheila Sikes whom he was united in marriage to on December 31, 1960 in England, and one brother Charles Sikes. He is survived by three (3) sons Kelly Sikes of Kirkwood, Tim (Nan) Sikes of Platte City, Missouri, and Leo (fiancé Joni) Sikes of Fredericktown, four (4) sisters Pat Shetley, Barb Pogue, Reva Sanders, and Velma Osbourne. Also six (6) grandchildren and four (4) great grandchildren. He was a member of the St. Michaels Catholic Church and enjoyed hunting, fishing, and outdoors.
