Joseph William Blair Jr.was born August 9, 1961 at St. Louis, Missouri the son of Joseph William and Martha May Pearl (Stivers) Blair Sr. and passed away on January 3, 2010 at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis at the age of 48 years.
Joseph was preceded in death by his mother.
Joseph is survived by Roxanne Schwartzkopf Blair, daughters Nancy Blair and Crystal Britton. Three (3) brothers William Blair, James Blair and Harold Blair. One (1) sister Tina Skjestad.
Jospeh enjoyed playing pool and fishing.
