Joseph Eugene "Joe" Francis was born on September 25, 1963 at Fredericktown the son of Bob and Sharon (Kearey ) Francis and passed away on December 18, 2013 at his residence in Fredericktown at the age of 50 years. He was preceded in death by his grandparents Oby and Dorothy Francis and Charles and Gladys Kearey and one uncle Bill Francis. He is survived by his parents, two brothers Mark (Jennifer) Francis and Darrell (Genell) Francis both of Fredericktown, and one nephew Jacob Francis of Fredericktown. Joe was of the Christian faith and enjoyed working, gardening, and spending time with friends and family.
