Joseph James Fuchs of Patton, Missouri was born December 30, 1935 at Jacksonville, Illinois the son of Joseph and Alice (Fulton) Fuchs, and passed away on January 12, 2018 at Cape Girardeau, Missouri at the age of 82 years.

Joe was preceded in death by his parents, and One (1) son Jimmy Fuchs.

Joe married Cathie Welshans on December 16, 1972 at Champagne, Illinois.

Joe is survived by his wife Cathie Fuchs, Two (2) sons Joseph James (Karen) Fuchs III of Farmington, Missouri & Michael Yates of Lebanon, Maine, One (1) daughter Rebecca Lynne Gruenke of Fredericktown, Missouri. Two (2) brothers Bill Fuchs of Divernon, Illinois & Bob Fuchs of Springfield, Illinois, One (1) sister Virginia (Bud) Witham of Decatur, Illinois. Five (5) grandchildren Gabriel Lee Gruenke, Lyndan James Gruenke, Logan James Fuchs, Maggie Lynne Gruenke & Laycee Nacole Fuchs.

Mr. Fuchs was a retired U.S. Air Force Veteran and enjoyed farming & fishing.
