Joyce Ann Phillips was born January 27, 1945 in Ste. Genevieve, Mo. the daughter of Warren and Noreen (Jokerst) Boyer and passed away on September 10, 2024 in Fredericktown, Missouri, at the age of 79 year.

Joyce was preceded in death by her parents, step-mother Elizabeth Boyer, her husband Michael Phillips, who she married on January 6, 1986 in Cape Girardeau, Mo. Sisters and brothers Janet King, Pat Blessing, Eddie Duvall, Rick Duvall, and Judy Linn.

Joyce is survived by her children Steven Francis of Gainesville, GA., Michael (Teresa) Francis of Sacramento, KY., Rodney (Rebecca) Francis of Fredericktown, MO.

Leonard (Jamie) Francis of Fredericktown, MO. and Tina (Kevin) Miller of Arcadia Valley, MO. A brother Warren Lee Boyer of Edmond, OK. Twenty-One (21) grandchildren, Eighteen (18) great grandchildren and One (1) Great greatgrandchild.

Joyce enjoyed collecting Elvis Presley memorabilia and spending time with family.
