Judy Black was born January 4, 1949 At Cabool, Missouri the daughter of Hans Kreutz and Iola Kreutz and passed away on July 15, 2018 at her home at the age of 69 years.

Judy was preceded in death by her parents, sisters Teresa Kreutz & Norma Kreutz, sister-in-law Dorothy Kreutz, son Michael Holder. Her first husband, Don Holder and second husband Raymond Edward Black Jr. whom she married on July 25, 1996 at home in Fredericktown. Judy is survived by One (1) son Ryan Black Sr., Four (4) daughters Theresa Samara of Perryville, Missouri, Kerrie Smith of Montgomery, Missouri, Donna Hicks of Sikeston, Missouri, & Laura Nekkanti of Columbia, Missouri. Two (2) brothers Lawrence Kreutz of Columbia, Missouri & Martin Kreutz of Holts Summit, Missouri, Three (3) sisters Jean Kreutz of New Bloomfield, Missouri, Sylvia Conatser of Jefferson City, Missouri & Cynthia Kreutz of Jefferson City, Missouri. Fifteen (15) grandchildren & Two (2) great grandchildren.
