Julius E. Kemp was born January 27, 1967, in Fredericktown, Missouri and passed away on August 30, 2025, Mercy Jefferson Hospital in Festus, Missouri at the age of 58 years.

Julius was preceded in death by his parents, David and Maxie (Stidham) Kemp, and one brother Mark Kemp.

Julius is survived by his wife Lisa Parson. One son Joshua

Kemp (Brianna), two daughters Jennifer Kemp and Chelsi Robertson (Seth). Also, one step-daughter Alicia Maples. One brother Barney Kemp.

Four grandchildren & great grandchildren Jiraiya Kemp, Scarlet Kemp, Ezekiel Kemp and Christian Deonas.

Julius attended Faith Family Church. He enjoyed playing guitar, hiking, and loved the outdoors.
