Kenneth Wayne Burlbaugh was born on January 31, 1950 at Fredericktwown and passed away on May 21, 2014 in Madison County at the age of 64 years. He was preceded in death by his parents, grandparents, and one nephew Jeffery Lynn Robertson. Kenneth is survived by one brother William Earl Edmond Jr. of Scott City, Missouri. Kenneth served in the United States Navy where he earned the National Defense Service Medal, the Vietnam Campaign Medal, and the Gallantry Cross Navy Unit Commendation. Kenneth enjoyed raising dachshunds.
