Kevin Michael Mullins was born April 25, 1984 at Fredericktown the son of Kevin Wayne Mullins and Jackie Mae Warren and passed away on July 30, 2021 at St. Louis at the age of 37 years.

Kevin was preceded in death by his grandparents, Nettie Ruth Bradley, Neetie Marie Warren, Ralph Hildon Mullins & William Edward Warren.

Kevin is survived by Two (2) sons Samuel Wayne Mullins of Park Hills, Mo. and Xander Denny, Two daughters Alyssa Maria Mullins of Park Hills & Michelle Nicole Mullins of Wisconsin. One brother Joshua Wayne Mullins of Fredericktown, Three (3) sisters Felicia Dawn Feathers of Algona, Iowa, Kiersten Hope Shaffer & Darien Nicole Shaffer both of Fredericktown.

Kevin attended New Life and the United Methodist Church.
