Lawrence Edward Baker was born October 13, 1941 at Zion, Missouri the son of Paul C and Ruth R. (Bremser)Baker and passed away on April 6, 2009 at Stockhoff Nursing Home in Fredericktown at the age of 67 years.
Lawrence was preceded in death by his parents, sister Janet Sue Baker,grandparents, Dr. William E & Kathern (McDermett) Bremser and Sam & Lulu (Rohan) Baker. His ex-wife mother of his childrenSue Becker Baker and brother Thomas V. Baker.
Lawrence married Marion Balfour Ryrie Baker on December 31, 1982 at Dunoon Argylle, Scotland who survives.
Lawrence is survived by Two (2) sons Lawrence Edward Baker Jr.and Jason Stuart Baker.Four (4) brothers James M. Baker, John P. Baker, Donald W. Baker and David W. Baker. One (1) sister Carol A. Bohn. Four (4) grandchildren.
Lawrence enjoyed fishing, playing guitar, spending time with friends and family. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army, U.S. Air Force and retired from the U.S. Navy.
