Leeanna R. Lewis, Fredericktown, Mo.
Passed away August 10, 2011 at Cape Girardeau. Leeanna was preceded in death by her parents, Two (2) sons Johnny Lewis & James L. Lewis, Three (3) brothers Johnny Chapman, Ralph Chapman & Norman Chapman & One (1) sister Ruth Mercer
Leeanna is survived by her husband Fritz Lewis whom she married on August 25, 1945 at Piggott, Arkansas, daughter Sandra (Dan) Meehan of Cape Girardeau, Mo, daughter-in-law Connie Lewis of Farmington. Three (3) grandchildren Cynthia Vogelsang of Jackson, Mo., James L. (Aliv) Lewis II,of California & Jacqueline Lewis,of California.
& Two (2) great grandchildren Geoffrey Myers of Jackson, Mo. & Holdyn Vogelsang of Jackson, Mo.
Visitation will be held at 5:00 p.m. Friday August 12, 2011 at Follis & Sons Funeral Home.
Funeral Services 11:00 A.M. Saturday August 13, 2011 Follis & Sons Chapel.
Officiating: Pastor Barbara Stark & Travis Bennett
Interment: Libertyville Christian Cemetery
