Leroy "Butch" Braswell was born November 10, 1927 the son of William Lee Braswell & Ruth (Stephens) Braswell Moore and p[assed away on March 14, 2021 at St. Louis at the age of 93 years.

Butch was preceded in death by his parents, step-father Alfred Moore.

Butch  married Doris "Dee" Banes on September 15, 1950 at the Fredericktown Christian Church. He is survived by his wife Dee Braswell Two daughters  Georgiann (Bruce) Graham and Belinda Lea "Bimbi" Lopez both of Fredericktown. Two grandchildren Paul (Jessica) Graham & Jon (Jennie) Shell, and Four great grandchildren.

Butch was a member of the Fredericktown Christian Church and an Elder at the church. He was a World War II Navy Veteran, enjoyed fishing, & hunting & St. Louis Cardinals. Butch was active with the Boy Scouts, Fredericktown Fire Department, a Mason, taught CPR at Mineral Area College and knot tying the firemen and boy scouts.
