Lilbourn Dennis "Tiny" Settle was born June 14, 1939 at Marquand, Missouri, the son of Floyd E. and Ruby J. (Henson) Settle and passed away on September 4, 2023 in Mercy Jefferson Hospital in Festus, Missouri at the age of 84 years.

Lilbourn was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers Cletus S,ettle and Dale L. Settle.

He is survived by his wife Irene D. (Pratte) Settle whom he married on June 16, 1961 at Esther, Missouri, a daughter Deborah Joy Settle of Fredericktown. Four (4) brothers Larry (Sue) Settle of Fredericktown, Gary (Sue) Settle of Arnold, Missouri, Keith (Sharon) Settle of Fredericktown and Terry (Toni) Settle of Longview, Texas. Two (2) sisters Sandra Hicks of Fredericktown, and Theresa (Michael) Barnett of St. Louis, Missouri.

Lilbourn was member of second Baptist Church.

He enjoyed auctions, craft shows, his dogs Speedy Bump, Zippy, Petey, the boys and cats Gray-Gray & Stormy.
