Lillian I. Lucas was born on October 7, 1927 at Ruble, Missouri the daughter of Lyman E. and Ida Mae (Paul) Livingston and passed away on September 29, 2016 at Independence, Missouri at the age of 88 years. She was preceded in death by her parents and sisters and brothers Leroy Livingston, Thomas Livingston, Joel Livingston, Helen Goodson Martha Beaty and Jimmy Livingston She is survived by her children Jerry Duane Chilton of Park Hills, Missouri, Calvin Gene Chilton of Biloxi, Mississippi, Diana Carol Knight of St. Louis, Missouri, Thomas Lynn Chilton of Phoenix, Arizona, and Patrick Wayne Chilton of Kansas City, Missouri, brothers and sisters Grover Livingston of Emmetsburg, Iowa, Lorraine Moore, of Farmington, Missouri, Jane Swope of Piedmont, Missouri, Shirley Luther of Farmington, Missouri, Gerald Livingston of Arnold, Missouri, and Connie Eudy of Farmington, Missouri, and several grandchildren.
