Linda Gay Walker Cooper was born January 22, 1961 at St. Francois County, Missouri, the daughter of Theodore and Goldie (Clark) Walker. She passed away Sunday, July 13, 2025 at Mercy South Hospital in Festus, Missouri at the age of 64 years.

Linda was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers; Dale and Kenny Walker and three sisters; Ruby Walker Clubb, Marie Walker Smith, and Brenda Walker Homan.

She is survived by her husband, Ronald (Ronnie) Cooper who she married on June 4, 1990 in Corning, Arkansas and they were blessed to spend 35 years of marriage together. Also surviving is one daughter; Lisa Tripp and one granddaughter; Melia Hinkle.

Linda enjoyed playing bingo and spending time with her family.
