Lloyd C. Hovis was born on July 26, 1922 at Farmington, the son of James and Madge (Tawfall) Hovis, and passed away on June 13, 2020 at the age of 97 years.

Lloyd was preceded in death by his wife Naomi B. (Tinsley) Hovis who he married on September 2, 1949 at Piggott, Arkansas, his parents, three (3) sons Gary Hovis, Bud Hovis, Charles White, three (3) brothers James Hovis, Walter Hovis, Milton hovis, and one (1) sister Evelyn Rehkop.

Lloyd is survived by three (3) sons Ronnie (Ann) Hovis, Larry (Tina) Hovis, Gerald (Mary) White, three (3) daughters Linda (Bill) Hartsell, Glenda Mae (Tom) Edgar, Sharon Autry, sixteen (16) grandchildren, and numerous great-grandchildren.

Lloyd was a member of Gospel Mission Church, and he enjoyed Gospel Music.
