Lloyd O'Neal Paulk was born on July 11, 1936 at Savannah, Tennessee the son of Charlie Elvin and Mary Pearl (Hubbard) Paulk and passed away on September 5, 2016 at Presbyterian Manor in Farmington at the age of 80 years. He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers Elvin, Raymond, Marvin, and Buddy. He is survived by his wife Patsy (Bowers) Paulk whom he was united in marriage to on February 16, 1957 at Corinth, Mississippi, one son Eddie Paulk of Springfield, Missouri, one daughter Beverly (Ronnie) Gifford of Fredericktown, one brother Leonard Paulk, three grandchildren Lauren Paulk of Brooklyn, New York, Emily Paulk of Chesterfield, Missouri, and Tyler Gifford of Fredericktown, and one great grandchild Charlie Stegmann of Chesterfield, Missouri. He enjoyed golfing, yard work, and was a charter member of the Elks Lodge.
