Lois Juanita Phares was born on April 20, 1942 at Dungannon, Virginia the daughter of William and Louise Stidham and passed away on March 12, 2025 at Farmington, Missouri at the age of 82 years.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Arden J. Phares, siblings Maxie Kemp, Fred Stidham, Robert Stidham, Ruby Stidham, Pauline Stidham, Mary Stidham, Carrie Nickles, Jeanette Nickles, Marie Nickles, Billy Stidham and Kenneth Stidham.

Juanita is survived by several children with numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. Also a brother Charles Ferguson of Winterhaven, Florida and several nieces and nephews.

Juanita enjoyed spending time with her friends, listening to music, and watching old movies especially John Wayne. She loved animals, all American Indian designs, nature, and shopping.

Burial will be at East Lawn Cemetery in Kingsport, Tennessee next to her husband.
