Louis (Lewis) Earl Clark was born February 11, 1923 at Fredericktown the son of Fred Henry & Mary Alberta "Birdie" (Plummer) Clark and passed away on May 19, 2009 at ClaRu DeVille Nursing Center in Fredericktown at the age of 86 years. Louis was preceded in death by his parents, One (1) brother Henry Clark, Two (2) sisters Alma Clark & Alene Brewer.
Lewis married Mary Ruth Daggett on July 3, 1946, they were married by Rev. Joseph Alcorn at Annapolis, Missouri.
Lewis is survived by his wife Mary Ruth Clark, One (1) son Thomas L. Clark of Fredericktown, Two (2) daughters Teresa Wicker of Tryon NC., & Darlene Dettmer of Arcadia, Mo., Two (2) brothers John L. Clark of Fredericktown & Fred J. Clark of Louisianna.
Four (4) grandchildren & Six great grandchildren.
Lewis was a member of the Christian Church at Libertyville, Mo. a member of the Masonic Lodge, Eastern Star & V.F.W. of Fredericktown.
Lewis was also a World War II Veteran receiving the Purple Heart and numerous other medals.
