Loy Edward Barker was born September 24, 1933 at Marquand, Missouri the son of George W & Myrtle Ann (Aslinger) Barker and passed away on July 2, 2010 at his residence at Fredericktown at the age of 76 years.
Loy was preceded in death by his parents, daughter Gaylin Jean Barker.
Loy married Evelyn Starkey on October 6, 1951 at Pocahontas, Arkansas. Loy is survived by his wife Evelyn Barker, son Stephen Lynn Barker, sisters Tressie Comstock and Thelma Marchbanks. Two (2) grandchildren Joshua Barker and Jessica Barker, Three (3) great grandchildren Zachary Brian Barker, Jesse James Barker and Shane Edward Stacy.
