Loyd Thomas Harris was born on November 8, 1935 at Bay, Arkansas the son of Lowell and Fleeda (Roach) Harris and passed away on August 28, 2012 at St. Louis at the age of 76 years. Loyd was united in marriage to Nancy Carol Spivia in Mississippi. He was preceded in death by his wife, parents, one son Mark Kevin Harris, and two sisters Geraldine E. Milligan and Reva M. Persons. Loyd is survived by three (3) brothers Robert E. Lee Harris of Valley Park, Missouri, Paul James Harris of Fredericktown, and Jerry Wayne Harris of O'Fallon, Missouri, and two (2) sisters Allene M. Green of Arnold, Missouri and Mary Ellen Adams of Maryland Heights, Missouri. Loyd was of the Christian Faith and enjoyed reading, assembling models, Blue Grass music, and Words With Friends. He also loved his family dearly and enjoyed spending time with them.
