Lyndal "Fuzz" Lewis was born October 19, 1973 at Blytheville, Arkansas, and passed away on November 1, 2017 at Cherokee Pass.
Fuzz was preceded in death by his mother Lynda Lewis, grandmother, grandfathers, one (1) brother Andy Lewis, one (1) step-son Brian Mitchell II.
Fuzz is survived by his father Harold Rhodes, two (2) daughters Victoria Lewis, Alexis Lewis, one (1) step-son Joseph Mitchell, four (4) brothers Leroy Lewis Jr., Larry Lewis, Jimmy Lewis, Chris Rhodes, one (1) sister Julie Gillespie, and two (2) grandchildren.
