M. James Shetley's Obituary
Michael James Shetley, 90, of Fredericktown, died April 14, 2011 at ClaRu DeVille Nursing Facility in Fredericktown.
He was born May 5, 1920 in Madison County, Missouri, a son of Roy and Nellie Shetley.
On February 20, 1982, in Reno, Nevada, he was united in marriage to Mary, who survives at the home.
Mr. Shetley was preceded in death by his parents; one brother, R.B. Shetley; and one sister, Jeanette Shetley.
He is survived by his wife, Mary Shetley of Fredericktown; four nephews; Dr. Kevin Roberts of Fredericktown, Matt Shetley of Kennet, Mark Shetley of Dallas and Roy Michael Roberts of Columbia; and one niece, Jenny Montgomery of Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
Mr. Shetley was of the Christian faith and enjoyed golf, and the Cardinals, snow skiing, fishing and hunting.
VISITATION: after 5:00 P.M. Friday April 15, 2011 at the Follis & Sons Funeral Home.
SERVICES: 9:30 A.M. Saturday April 16, 2011 at the Follis & sons Funeral Home.
