Madison Caitlin "Madi" Wathen was born on January 8, 1991, at Cape Girardeau, Missouri, the daughter of Paul Wathen and Jeana Wathen, and passed away on February 16, 2024, at the age of 33 years.

Madi was preceded in death by her grandparents, Sybil and Charles Wathen, Hazel and Joseph Forman, Aunt Pamela Massey, Uncle Randy Forman, Aunt and Uncle Diane and Pete Bone, and cousin Randy Joseph Forman Jr.

Madi is survived by her parents, one (1) sister, Lydia Jayne Wathen, her service dog Bandit Clyde, best friends, Jason Brewington, Hailey Ward, and many others too numerous to name.

Madi was of the Christian Faith, and she enjoyed wildlife, volunteering, and being a voice for those that had none.
