Margie Ellen Kennon was born July 25, 1922 at Fredericktown the daughter of Robert L and Recy (Leggett) Sharp and passed away on December 17, 2009 at Fredericktown at the age of 87 years.
Margie was preceded in death by her parents, sisters Mary
Louise Sweet, step-sister Thelma Adams, and Step-brother Clifford McGraw.
Margie was also preceded in death by her husband Normal H. Henson who was killed on January 20, 1945 in the Battle of the Bulge they were the parents of Judy Faye Hovis and Nancy Jo Cureton. She later married Leeman Hahn who passed away on April 1989, they had one daughter Glenda Tinnin. She married Emmerson Kennon who passed away on December 8, 2007.
Margie is survived by her Three (3) daughters Judy Faye Hovis of Auburn, California, Nancy Jo Cureton of Fredericktown and Glenda Tinnin of Farmington.One (1) sister Lorraine Staber of Springfield, Illinois & One (1) brother Robert P. Sharp of Fredericktown. Also Ten (10) grandchildren and Nineteen (19) great grandchildren.
Margie lived in Sedalia, Missouri in her early years. She graduated from Fredericktown in 1940, she went on to earn her LPN Nursing degree and worked for several years as a nurse.
She was a member of Calvary Temple Church.
