Margie Shoemaker's Obituary
Margie Shoemaker was born December 10, 1932 at French Mills, Missouri the daughter of Cecil O. and Anna (Francis) McDowell and passed away on February 3, 2010 at Stockhoff Nursing Home in Fredericktown at the age of 77 years.
Margie was preceded in death by her parents, Three (3) brothers Otis McDowell, John McDowell and Marvin McDowell. Four (4) sisters Angie Daugherty, Corene Adams, Mildred Ballew and Theresa Frans.
Margie married Fred E. Shoemaker on February 7, 1953 at Pocahontas, Arkansas.
Margie is survived by her husband Fred, Two (2) sons Larry Shoemaker and Terry Shoemaker. One (1) brother Dallas McDowell and One (1) sister Jewell Sutton. Three (3) grandchildren.
Margie was a member of Gospel Mission Church. She enjoyed gardening, quilting and reading the Bible.
VISITATION will be held after 5:00 P.M. on Saturday February 6, 2010 at the Follis and Sons Funeral Home.
SERVICES will be held at 2:00 P.M. at the Follis and Sons Funeral Home.
Interment will be held in the Central Community Cemetery.
