Obituary

Martin Douglas "Speedy" Kinnerson was born on April 23, 1957 in Mena, Arkansas to Short and Ellen (Hart) Kinnerson. He graduated from Hatfield, Arkansas and later attended the Vo-tech in Mena, Arkansas.

Speedy was inducted into the United States Navy. He served his country before being honorably discharged. He lived in Skiatook and Fairview before moving to Woodward, Oklahoma. He was united in marriage to Denise Whitener on November 27, 1982 in Sharon, Oklahoma. They made their home in Woodward. Speedy worked for Don Swanson at E&H Transfer, Lowell-Mangum, and J.B. Hunt as a truck driver for many years.

He enjoyed camping, welding and riding motorcycles. He was a member of the ABATE NW 69.

He is survived by his wife Denise Kinnerson of the home; his precious dog Freeway; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-laws, Nancy Dismuke, Denny Whitener and Beverly Whitener, Carla Carver and fiancé Barry Cartwright; nieces and nephews; Delta Gunn and husband Adam, William Long, Jacob Long, Jonathan Gunn, Maddie Gunn; host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.

Speedy was preceded in death by his parents, one sister Carmen, brothers-in-laws, Jim Dismuke, Larry Whitener, and Rick Spade, nephew Ryan Carver, great nephews, Matthew Halpin, and Tyler Hamm and great niece, Sarah Whitener.
