Mary Nell Hargis' Obituary
Mary Nell Hargis was born May 16, 1942 at Lake Village, Arkansas, the daughter of Joe and Mallie Rosson and passed away on August 13, 2009 at her home at the age of 67 years.
Mary was preceded in death by her parents.
Mary is survived by her husband John (J.P.) Hargis Sr. whom she married on March 16, 1967 at Clayton, Missouri. One (1) son John P. Hargis Jr., three (3) daughters Ida Lanell Moore of Warrensburg, Sheila Williams of Arcadia, Melissa West of Fredericktown. Two (2) brothers Marlin (Buddy) Rosson of Lake Village, Arkansas, Marvin Rosson of Sheridan, Arkansas. Three (3) sisters JoAnn Bernatt, Barbara Jean Hale, Cynthia Ogelvie, all of Lake Village, Arkansas. Nine (9) grandchildren, and eight (8) great-grandchildren.
Mary was a member of the Twelve Mile Baptist Church, and she enjoyed shopping, crafts, and spending time with her family.
Visitation will be held after 5:00 P.M. Saturday August 15, 2009 at the Follis & Sons Funeral Home.
Services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Sunday August 16, 2009 at the Follis & Sons Funeral Home with Rev. Robert Graham officiating.
Interment will be held in Barber-Whitener Cemetery
