Mary E. Pipkens was born on January 9, 1927 at Brooken, Oklahoma the daughter of Nathan and Stella (Barkley) Denny and passed away on July 6, 2025 at Southbrook Nursing Home in Farmington at the age of 98 years.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Robert Pipkens whom she was united in marriage to on August 24, 1944 at Caruthersville, Missouri, daughters Shirley Shafer and Patricia Ann Pipkens, one son Anthony Pipkens, brothers Lee Denny, Jack Denny, and Gene Denny, and sisters Delpha Braddum, Wanda Ferguson, and Marie Sims.

Mary is survived by two sons Donald (Barb) Pipkens of Barnhart, Missouri and Daniel (Lisa) Pipkens of Bridgeton, two sisters Jewell Kidd and Eva Worzel, ten grandchildren, and nine great grandchildren.

She was of the Pentecostal faith and loved fishing.
