Melva Mae (Reese) Moore was born on December 7, 1963, at Granite City, Illinois, the daughter of Ellis and Beulah Reese, and passed away on December 7, 2023, at the age of 60 years.

Melva was preceded in death by her parents, and siblings Butch Reese, Gregory Reese, Lorraine Daniels, Robert "Bob" Reese, Kitty Hobaugh, and Mark Reese.

Melva is survived by her husband Aaron Moore, who she married on September 9, 1999, at Fredericktown, three (3) sons Cory (Shannon) Reese, Patrick Tinsley, Daniel Tinsley, three (3) siblings, Connie Lee, Jeri Richardson, Nancy Wiegert, nine (9) grandchildren, Angel Stricklin, Christian Reese, Tyler Reese, Caleb Reese, Kelsey Reese, Abby Tinsley, Oliver Tinsley, Amelia Tinsley, Sierria Tinsley, and six (6) great-grandchildren.

In Melva's words, she loved her sons, grandchildren, friends, flowers, sunsets, the ocean, the Lord, smiles, laughter, sea shells, cooking for family and friends, and kindness.
