Melvin Ray Moyers was born June 26, 1937 at Marquand, Missouri the son of Virgil and Vallie (Monie) Moyers and passed away on April 10, 2017 at Fenton, Missouri at the age of 79 years.
Ray was preceded in death by his parents and step-daughter Lisa Susan O'Rourke.
Ray is survived by his wife Betty (Myers) Moyers of 30 years. Children Paul Ray (Lisa) Moyers & Janet Lee Cassidy. Step-son David Michael (Michelle) O'Rourke, adopted granddaughter Heather Ann Moyers, One (1) brother Marion Louie (Mary) Moyers, Two (2) grandchildren Jerrod Lay & Evan Lay, Eight (8) step-grand children and a host of family and friends.
