Michael W. Sheets was born on September 4, 1949, at Cape Girardeau, Missouri, the son of William Sheets and Katherine Eaves, and passed away on January 5, 2025, at the age of 75 years.

Mike was preceded in death by his parents, one (1) sister, Karen Sheets, and one (1) step-mother, Vee Sheets.

Mike is survived by his wife Lucretia (White) Sheets, who he married on June 9, 1973, one (1) son, James (Nichole) Sheets, one (1) daughter, Risha (Paul) Gaines, two (2) sisters, Cathy (Lewis Eddie) Francis, Shawnda (Dave) Tinnin, two (2) brothers David Eaves and Gary Eaves, and five (5) grandchildren, Wesson Sheets, Willa Sheets, Lilly Gaines, Nora Gaines, and Stella Gaines.

Mike was of the Christian Faith, and enjoyed the car club, tractors, farming, and collecting tractors and trucks.
