Michael M. Tidwell was born September 12, 1940 in Madison County, Missouri the son of Edward C. & Freda A. (Johnson) Tidwell and passed away on September 13, 2017 at Hillcrest Care Center in DeSoto, Missouri at the age of 77 years.

Michael was preceded in death by his parents his wife Retha I. (Bellew) Tidwell whom he married on October 29, 1958 in Madison County a daughter Victoria M. Tidwell a grandson Kristopher M. Tidwell, brothers Harry (Barbara) and Chub (Melvin).

Michael is survived by children Bill (Kelly) of Annapolis, Missouri, Tim (Sheila) of New Haven, Missouri, Garry (Cheryl) of Festus, Missouri, Donna Tidwell of DeSoto, Missouri, Lonna (Michael) of DeSoto, and Beth (Tony) of DeSoto. One (1) sister Linda Roberts of Fredericktown.

Fifteen (15) grandchildren and eleven (11) great grandchildren.

Michael was of the Baptist Faith. He enjoyed his family first, the outdoors, explorations and was a bicyclist extrodenaire.
