Michael David Wojtczuk was born on November 26, 1974, at Fredericktown, the son of Larry and Linda Wojtczuk, and passed away on February 28, 2025, at the age of 50 years.

Mike was preceded in death by his grandparents, Dave and Iva Grindstaff, Lucille Trammell, Steve Wojtczuk, and aunt's and uncles, Gary Wojtczuk, Timmy Trammell, Debra Trammell, Joe Helm, and Ron Grindstaff.

Mike is survived by his parents, one (1) sister, Amy (David) Pierson, one (1) son, Kota Wojtczuk, and one (1) daughter, Elizabeth Wojtczuk.

Mike loved to read his bible, he attended Open Heart Assembly Church, and he enjoyed coaching football, golf, track, and spending time with his family.
