Mildred Louise Chipman was born on October 27, 1927 at Holcomb, Missouri the daughter of Charlie and Kate (Snipes) Leach and passed away on October 4, 2014 at her residence in Fredericktown at the age of 86 years. She was preceded in death by her parents and five sisters Dorothy Karlish, Yvonne Webb, Beth Taylor, Elaine Spencer, and Wanda Crafton. She is survived by her husband Preston Chipman, whom she was united in marriage to on December 20, 1947 at St. Louis, Missouri, three sons Kenneth P. Chipman, Keith Chipman, Kevin Dale Chipman, one daughter Cheryl "Sherry" Carter, three brothers Wendell Leach, Bob Leach, and Richard Leach, one sister Ruth Ann Belden, and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
